Job Requirements
- must have high school diploma or equivalent
- prior front desk, administrative, or office experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow oral and written instructions
- patience, excellent organization skills, and assertiveness
- professional appearance
- pleasant and helpful personality both in person and via telephone
- proficiency with computer systems, system applications, and other office equipment
- ability to work well and cooperate with fellow employees
- ability to meet all local health regulations and pass pre/post-employment physical exam if required including drug screening, criminal background check, and reference inquiry

Job Duties
- welcome visitors and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion
- guide and navigate visitors, residents, and patients around the facility where necessary
- receive telephone calls, transferring where necessary and taking messages as appropriate
- ensure the presentation and tidiness of the reception area at all times
- provide administrative support as needed including but not limited to filing, data entry, and typing correspondence
- deal with payments for any ordered lunches or meals, including maintaining receipt books and proper cash box management
- make petty cash disbursements and deposits, keeping accurate records of each transaction
- protect residents' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information
- maintain operations by following policies and procedures
- report needed changes
- carry out such other duties as may be required by the Administrator
