Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience in administrative or clerical support
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic proficiency with office software and equipment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Prioritize and complete general clerical duties as requested by program managers in a timely fashion
  • Answering telephones, routing calls, taking messages, greeting and announcing visitors
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing
  • Ensuring all office equipment is maintained
  • Ordering, organizing, and distributing office supplies
  • Maintenance of and training on all telephone and voice mail systems
  • Update and distribute staff telephone and extension lists
  • Routing and preparing mail
  • Keep the front office clean and picked up
  • Facilitate safety drills as per CARF standards
  • Preparation and distribution of annual packets
  • Closing the office at the end of the day
  • Other duties as assigned
