Job Requirements

- is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general internet use
- has familiarity with ten-key and office equipment (copiers, faxes, scanners)
Job Duties
- Answer and direct all incoming calls and voicemails with professionalism
- accurately take messages and route calls to the appropriate department
- maintain office supplies for all departments and ensure monthly orders are completed
- keep office equipment (copiers, fax machines) stocked with paper and toner
- sort and distribute all incoming mail, faxes, and packages
- process outgoing mail, including FedEx, certified mail, and other special deliveries
- assist with maintaining and auditing personnel and I-9 files, as directed
- support the office team with general clerical tasks as needed
