Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Availability to work the specified schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM
- Self-motivated and career-minded attitude

- Previous customer service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Proficiency with office software and communication tools
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival
- Manage and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Provide general administrative support including filing and data entry
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them appropriately
