Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and interact professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Applied Epic is a plus
  • Comfortable with on-site presence

Job Qualifications

  • High School Degree or Diploma or higher desired
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience collaborating with Microsoft 365 platforms like OneDrive, MS Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Professionally manage the front desk including greeting and directing visitors
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and provide necessary information
  • Receive and distribute daily incoming mail, deliveries, and faxes
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in reordering
  • Provide administrative support including calendar coordination, scheduling, and recordkeeping
  • Assist with organizing office events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Perform additional assigned duties
