Job Requirements

  • CPR/AED certified within 60 days
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to greet and assist members warmly
  • Competency in handling phone communications
  • Must be punctual and wear department-specific uniform
  • Ability to follow emergency procedures
  • Availability to participate in team meetings
  • Ability to maintain a clean and attractive work environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Monitor member check-in by verifying membership cards and taking pictures
  • Administer the UPS system for Membership Directors
  • Answer phone calls efficiently and direct them appropriately
  • Take accurate phone messages and record all reservations
  • Sign members up and check them in for classes
  • Complete opening, closing, and cleaning checklists according to procedures
  • Inform members of upcoming activities, promotions, and policy changes
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Perform administrative and support duties as assigned
  • Participate actively in department and club meetings
  • Adhere to emergency response protocols and safety guidelines
