Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage the reception area to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain organized records and handle customer inquiries or requests accurately
- Collaborate with team members to support administrative tasks and customer service needs
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff to facilitate information flow
- Support sales and service departments by coordinating schedules and customer interactions
