Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • proficiency with office equipment and software

Job Duties

  • Greets customers, visitors, and guests
  • determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location
  • answers, screens, and directs phone calls to appropriate department
  • takes messages as needed
  • receives documents, packages, and courier deliveries and contacts appropriate employee to pick up
  • performs assigned clerical support tasks
  • performs other duties as assigned
