Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- must have a current driver's license and auto liability insurance
- able to sit for prolonged periods and work on the computer or related equipment
- able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- able to perform repetitive movements over long periods
- able to traverse the office building to pick up mail
Job Qualifications
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
- good verbal communication skills
- ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
- ability to operate available equipment such as phones, calculators, or scanners
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Job Duties
- Greets all clients, visitors, and guests
- determines the purpose of each person's visit, then directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location
- prepares name badges for visitors
- answers, screens, and directs phone calls as appropriate
- maintains lobby and reception area in an orderly appearance
- receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries on behalf of employees, then delivers or distributes items as appropriate
- performs administrative and clerical support tasks, as required
- performs basic filing and recordkeeping, as required
- provides backup assistance with on and off-site training setup, food, and hotel reservations
- places orders for all company-related floral needs
- may provide backup assistance in the mailroom as needed
- attends meetings and training courses as required
- performs other related duties, as required
