- Previous receptionist experience preferred
Job Duties
- Screen visitors to the appropriate location ensuring building security
- Ensure all visitors sign in and wear a visitor pass
- Provide coverage for admissions coordinator during breaks and as needed
- Connect and transfer calls to the appropriate party
- Perform overhead paging
- Notify admissions coordinator about customer tour requests
- Obtain wheelchairs for patients
- Report unusual behavior in lobby or parking area
- Notify nursing when gifts for patients arrive
- Postmark outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
- Log incoming job applications
