Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous switchboard and data entry skills preferred
  • Highly organized, self motivated, and self disciplined
  • Highly customer service orientated
  • Computer proficient
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment requiring good multi-tasking and excellent telephone manner skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional administrative training is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Manage front desk operations including handling inquiries and providing information
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Support other office functions as needed to ensure efficient workflow
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude to anticipate and address customer needs
