Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous switchboard and data entry skills preferred
- Highly organized, self motivated, and self disciplined
- Highly customer service orientated
- Computer proficient
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment requiring good multi-tasking and excellent telephone manner skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional administrative training is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Manage front desk operations including handling inquiries and providing information
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Support other office functions as needed to ensure efficient workflow
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude to anticipate and address customer needs
