Job Qualifications

- prior experience in the affordable housing industry (preferred but not mandatory)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a proven track record of managing complex operational tasks

- bilingual skills in Spanish (preferred but not required)

Job Duties
- providing timely and professional responses to phone calls and emails
- welcoming tenants and new applicants and guiding them through the application process
- distributing application materials, conducting interviews, and conducting background and credit checks
- managing leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties
