- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and multitask

Job Duties
- Operate switchboard telephone system
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
- Perform data entry, document maintenance, and filing
- Maintain a friendly, professional, courteous and efficient demeanor when working with all customers and employees
