Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to use a 10-key calculator, copier, and mailing equipment effectively
  • Clear and pleasant voice
  • Available to work flexible hours as needed
  • Comfortable working in a senior care environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to operate a 10-key calculator, copier, and mailing equipment
  • Pleasant voice and clear speech
  • Experience in a senior care facility is a plus
  • Healthcare experience is desirable

Job Duties

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors at the facility
  • Greet visitors warmly and provide assistance as needed
  • Answer and direct telephone calls to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Perform general administrative support functions including managing mailing equipment and office supplies
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to assist with documentation and reporting
  • Operate a 10-key calculator and copier for routine office tasks
  • Maintain a pleasant and clear speaking voice to ensure effective communication
