Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be a reliable team player
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive company vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds
- 1-year customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications is preferred
Job Duties
- Monitor the vehicle key check-out system by pulling and receiving keys
- Update appropriate computer software systems
- Conduct quarterly key audits
- Interact with GM clients, customers, and shuttle drivers
- Field questions and concerns
- Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision
- Open and close vehicle shuttle moves
