Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent GED including typing courses
  • experience as a receptionist with public contact desirable
  • basic computer skills including proficiency with PC and related software
  • ability to operate multi-line telephone switchboard
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • must successfully pass post offer pre-employment testing including criminal background check, drug test, TB screen and health screen
  • willingness to sign arbitration agreement as condition of employment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent GED including typing courses
  • experience as a receptionist with public contact desirable
  • experience with PC and related software preferred
  • knowledge of telephone etiquette, interpersonal communication, typing formats, calendaring and filing

Job Duties

  • Operate multi-positioned telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and inner-office calls
  • greet visitors, determine their needs and contact the proper person
  • answer general questions and provide general information to visitors or callers
  • perform various clerical duties such as posting data, typing reports, sorting and distributing mail and phone messages
  • schedule and coordinate tele-conference calls
  • sort and distribute mail and inter-office materials
  • schedule and coordinate room calendars
  • accurately complete assignments according to directions
