Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 plus years experience as a receptionist in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience handling multiple line telephone systems
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor

Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate parties throughout the firm
- Welcome and greet visitors in person or on the phone
- Answer questions and direct visitors to waiting areas and conference rooms
- Log in guests and issue identification badges to maintain security
- Track and schedule meetings and conference rooms
- Provide administrative support to several departments
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Connect with and support all levels of personnel including clients and employees
