Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 plus years experience as a receptionist in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience handling multiple line telephone systems
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal staff
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate parties throughout the firm
  • Welcome and greet visitors in person or on the phone
  • Answer questions and direct visitors to waiting areas and conference rooms
  • Log in guests and issue identification badges to maintain security
  • Track and schedule meetings and conference rooms
  • Provide administrative support to several departments
  • Maintain a clean reception area
  • Connect with and support all levels of personnel including clients and employees
