Job Requirements

  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience collaborating efficiently in M365 including OneDrive MS Teams SharePoint
  • Experience with Applied Epic is a plus

Job Duties

  • Professionally manage the front desk including greeting visitors welcoming and directing them appropriately notifying employees of visitor arrivals maintaining the front desk and common office areas neat and organized answering general inquiries via telephone email and walk in calls
  • Answer incoming telephone calls directing them to appropriate parties and providing information as needed
  • Receive and process daily incoming mail deliveries and faxes
  • Maintain office supplies including assisting employees with supply needs and reordering supplies to replenish inventory
  • Provide administrative support including calendar coordination scheduling maintaining inventories databases recordkeeping and preparing reports letters or other communications
  • Assist with office events meetings conferences interviews orientations training sessions and other activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
