Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • experience in healthcare or related field beneficial
  • must meet employment requirements following criminal background check per Minnesota Department of Human Services
  • proficiency with computer systems and office equipment
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work independently and efficiently
  • adherence to facility policies and dress code standards
  • flexibility to work part-time evenings from 4 to 8 pm

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, applicants, and staff
  • professionally answer and direct phone calls
  • manage incoming inquiries and schedule resident transportation
  • provide clerical support including filing medical records, copying admission documents, and preparing forms
  • assist the Health Information Director and department directors with administrative tasks such as correspondence, supply ordering, and mail distribution
  • respond to resident account inquiries occasionally
  • participate in required training and audits to support quality improvement efforts
