Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- experience in healthcare or related field beneficial
- must meet employment requirements following criminal background check per Minnesota Department of Human Services
- proficiency with computer systems and office equipment
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and efficiently
- adherence to facility policies and dress code standards
- flexibility to work part-time evenings from 4 to 8 pm

Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, applicants, and staff
- professionally answer and direct phone calls
- manage incoming inquiries and schedule resident transportation
- provide clerical support including filing medical records, copying admission documents, and preparing forms
- assist the Health Information Director and department directors with administrative tasks such as correspondence, supply ordering, and mail distribution
- respond to resident account inquiries occasionally
- participate in required training and audits to support quality improvement efforts
