- Must be local (live within 60 miles)

- a valid driver’s license and a good driving record (use of SCRI vehicle for post office or urgent errands)

Job Duties
- Monitor front gate access
- greet all guests in a pleasant, professional manner
- print invoices from SAP, fold and place in envelope to be mailed
- scan and index into SAP for multiple departments
- maintain conference room schedule
- contact employees via phone/email on food deliveries and guests
- assist Travel Department with obtaining hotel receipts for month end closeout
- assist with New Hire Uniform Program
- monitor turning the front office and entryway lights on and off
- maintain the records and issue keys for the Treadmill Desks
- perform other tasks and projects as assigned by manager
