Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate multi-line telephone systems
- Familiarity with security protocols and visitor management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work on-site in Boston, MA
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain professional appearance, grooming, and demeanor
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors and callers with professional and friendly demeanor
- Maintain telephone etiquette and hospitality standards
- Register all incoming visitors and notify hosts promptly
- Issue visitor and temporary access control badges and maintain logs
- Update employee and contractor access profiles in security system
- Assist walk-in clients by contacting service representatives or managers onsite
- Maintain clean and organized reception area
- Enforce desk standards including no eating or drinking
- Provide administrative support as directed
- Coordinate with caterers for food delivery, setup, and cleanup
- Notify Facilities of maintenance needs and submit building-related issues
- Monitor entry doors and report malfunctions
- Monitor CCTV for security concerns and escalate
- Participate in evacuation drills and assist Facilities with coordination
- Provide access and coordination for mailroom and courier deliveries
