Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years of receptionist or phone operator experience in a high volume corporate environment
- Strong communication skills oral and written
- Excellent customer service capabilities
- Ability to handle challenging customers tactfully
- Maintain professionalism and calmness
- Professional appearance
- Must be bilingual fluent in English and Spanish
Job Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or phone operator in a high volume corporate environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Ability to handle irate customers and difficult situations with tact and diplomacy

- Bilingual in English and Spanish - fluent
Job Duties
- Greets all visitors guests and employees as they arrive
- Screens incoming calls and forwards them to appropriate extensions including calls for executives
- Reviews daily call summaries from answering service and relays messages via email to appropriate parties
- Ensures all visitors register in the visitor's log and provides visitor badges
- Announces guests and grants access to approved users of the visitor parking lot while monitoring to ensure only visitors are given access
- Directs all employees to employee parking lots
- Monitors the reception area for litter and tidiness to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Reports maintenance issues to the Facilities Help Desk
- Performs other administrative duties as required
