Job Duties
- serves as the first point of contact for visitors entering the office area of the distribution center
- directs visitor traffic and provides proper supervision to maintain building security
- answers incoming calls and routes them to the appropriate party
- provides clerical support including filing, data entry, record retention, correspondence, and preparing reports
- schedules meetings and ensures room reservations and meeting space arrangements
- receives and sorts incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail and packages
- ensures office equipment is operating properly and coordinates maintenance
- follows safety and work rules and maintains departmental housekeeping standards
- assists with program support in Social Services at the distribution center
