  • ability to operate an espresso machine and prepare coffee drinks

Job Duties

  • Provide general administrative support
  • greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
  • manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • monitor inventory of supplies and place orders when necessary
  • assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • maintain website calendar and documents
  • operate and maintain an espresso machine to prepare high-quality coffee beverages
  • serve coffee and other refreshments for guests and staff as requested
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • perform all other related tasks and duties as required
