Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience as receptionist, secretary, administrative assistant, or office management preferred
  • Obtain CPR/First Aid certification and driver's license within 90 days of hire
  • Attendance at training required by law
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience or ability to learn common office equipment
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and operate in fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders
  • Professional demeanor at all times
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone system

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience as receptionist, secretary, administrative assistant, or office management preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with common office equipment such as phone systems, fax machines, and copy machines
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders
  • Professionalism in all interactions

Job Duties

  • Open and close the Main Office Building lobby and keep lobby area clean
  • Provide timely, proactive, and professional customer service to all internal and external Sunrise customers
  • Greet visitors in person and on the telephone, answering questions and referring inquiries
  • Monitor, process, and direct voicemails left on the main phone line
  • Support the QA work group with administrative tasks, prioritize calls and messages from external partners
  • Maintain employee and department directories and route calls to appropriate teams
  • Manage copy room duties including projects, stock monitoring, and requesting maintenance
  • Keep garage storage and office bathrooms neat, organized, and stocked
  • Manage break room upkeep including making coffee and cleaning refrigerator
  • Report any issues with vehicles and building property to the SL Director
  • Set up, coordinate, and conduct group activities for Community Living participants
  • Research, design, and schedule events while obtaining necessary supplies
  • Create and distribute advertising for events
  • Engage in minimal driving for errands related to events
  • Promote health, safety, social integration, and skill development during events
