Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
  • proficiency in computer operations and Microsoft Office suite
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • availability to work part-time with varying weekday hours

Job Qualifications

  • must exhibit and promote a high level of customer service and hospitality
  • ability to multi-task and balance team and individual responsibilities
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • ability to use organization-specific software
  • strong communication skills in English including reading, writing, and comprehension
  • experience in a customer-facing role preferred

Job Duties

  • Answers telephone and directs calls in accordance with established process
  • greets residents, families, and visitors and provides general information and assistance
  • directs and/or escorts deliveries to proper areas
  • provides administrative support functions for multiple departments
  • performs other duties as assigned
