Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • prior experience in customer service or receptionist duties preferred
  • proficient with office equipment and computer applications
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • compassionate and patient demeanor
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to workplace policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • ability to read, write and comprehend English
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
  • empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and their families

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
  • manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • receive inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities
  • receive newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents
