Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the SF Office Manager to provide an excellent overall office experience
  • Manage the reception area, greet guests and employees, and ensure a positive first impression
  • Oversee guest access, work with building management to create key cards and maintain frequent key card audits
  • Maintain clean workstations, conference rooms and common spaces
  • Coordinate with property management, facilities and vendors to ensure a safe and well-maintained work environment
  • Ensure fridges, pantries and supply closets are fully stocked
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked and place orders as necessary
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support management and departmental operations
