Job Duties
- Collaborate with the SF Office Manager to provide an excellent overall office experience
- Manage the reception area, greet guests and employees, and ensure a positive first impression
- Oversee guest access, work with building management to create key cards and maintain frequent key card audits
- Maintain clean workstations, conference rooms and common spaces
- Coordinate with property management, facilities and vendors to ensure a safe and well-maintained work environment
- Ensure fridges, pantries and supply closets are fully stocked
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked and place orders as necessary
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support management and departmental operations
