Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or receptionist experience
- ability to work effectively with internal and external customers while maintaining a composed professional demeanor
- ability to use telecommunication devices to receive and direct calls
- excellent command of verbal and written English
- adherence to confidentiality policies and HIPAA regulations
- ability to problem-solve with creative and critical thinking skills

- availability to float to other locations with mileage reimbursement
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or receptionist experience
- excellent command of verbal and written English
- positive interpersonal communication dynamic
- strong organizational skills
- ability to problem-solve using creative and critical thinking
- ability to multi-task and handle interruptions effectively
- basic technology skills including Microsoft Office programs preferred
- experience with Workday is a plus
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Greet and direct visitors and patients to appropriate destinations
- perform clerical and receptionist duties in accordance with hospital and departmental policies
- receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments and patient rooms using telecommunication devices
- maintain confidentiality of protected patient and employee information according to HIPAA regulations
- communicate effectively with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional demeanor
- prioritize tasks and handle multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
- perform independent tasks as assigned with a strong sense of ownership
