  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly
  • strong multitasking ability
  • availability to work flexible hours including peak times

  • proficiency with basic computer applications

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet customers
  • communicate and educate the customer on Great Clips processes including Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
  • process transactions and issue receipts
  • have general knowledge of retail products and the ability to make recommendations
  • manage the flow of customers between check in and service
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
  • manage answering phone
  • inform customers about services
  • update customer records with contact information
  • assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
  • commit to work a flexible schedule including peak times
  • dedicate to great customer service
  • work efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
