Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- communicate and educate the customer on Great Clips processes including Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
- process transactions and issue receipts
- have general knowledge of retail products and the ability to make recommendations
- manage the flow of customers between check in and service
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
- manage answering phone
- inform customers about services
- update customer records with contact information
- assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- commit to work a flexible schedule including peak times
- dedicate to great customer service
- work efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
