Job Duties
- Enthusiastically welcome guests and assist with arrivals and departures
- Engage visitors, employees, and callers warmly and professionally
- Provide information and wayfinding assistance for campus services
- Maintain front desk and lobby environment to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Implement service standards to exceed client expectations
- Collaborate with teams to prepare for meetings and events and address concerns
- Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security issues
- Identify and escalate potential risks to prevent security incidents
- Perform administrative support tasks to ensure timely delivery of services
