Job Duties

  • Enthusiastically welcome guests and assist with arrivals and departures
  • Engage visitors, employees, and callers warmly and professionally
  • Provide information and wayfinding assistance for campus services
  • Maintain front desk and lobby environment to ensure safety and cleanliness
  • Implement service standards to exceed client expectations
  • Collaborate with teams to prepare for meetings and events and address concerns
  • Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security issues
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to prevent security incidents
  • Perform administrative support tasks to ensure timely delivery of services
