Job Requirements
- one year of experience in clerical office work, reception, scheduling, or related field preferred
- prior experience dealing with the public regularly
- CPR and First Aid certification
- ability to read, speak, write, and follow oral and written directions
- proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- organizational skills
- ability to operate multi-phone lines, fax machines, computers, photocopiers
- good phone technique

Job Duties
- provide clerical and organizational support to the team
- provide reception coverage for the front desk
- receive and log packages
- serve as the primary representative to residents, guests, employees, and public visitors
- maintain accurate records and submit reports
- demonstrate professionalism in delivering customer service
- assist in the gift shop
