Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years working in an administrative field
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be flexible with schedule and working on holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to reach, grasp, and hold
  • Experience in customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational skills

Job Duties

  • General reception/customer service
  • Answers and directs incoming telephone calls and assists caller with information
  • Greets residents/visitors and provides information and direction
  • Receives and distributes customer service calls and emails via work order system
  • Copies and distributes committee minutes, memorandums, reports, etc
  • Maintains on-site checking account and check register
  • writes emergency checks, records
  • Reconciles checking account and sends all backup information and deposit records to Keystone Pacific Corporate monthly for verification
  • Processes accounts payable check requests and invoices for payments on a daily basis for all Association expenses
  • Oversees maintenance and administration of telephones and office equipment
  • maintains balance in postage machine
  • Opens and distributes mail daily for the administrative office
  • Practices and adheres to Keystone's core values, mission and vision
  • Performs any additional job duties as required by supervisor
