Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- combination of education and relevant work experience may be accepted
- valid driver’s license preferred
- CPR and CPI certified within 30 days of employment
- previous clerical and customer service experience preferred
- may be required to work flexible hours and overtime

Job Duties
- Provides front-line support by greeting guests and managing incoming calls, ensuring individuals are directed to the appropriate staff or department
- performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks while supporting hospital operations and maintaining compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- delivers excellent customer service in all guest and caller interactions
- performs clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, and message taking
- facilitates the flow of information throughout the hospital in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- collaborates with the Business Development and Assessment departments during the patient assessment and admission process
- assists with obtaining patient vital signs upon request from the Assessment Department
