Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of proven success in a receptionist or customer service role
- Inbound and outbound call volume experience
- Comfortable with selling our services
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately
- Commitment to company values
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide assistance to walk-in customers and direct them to appropriate departments or staff members
- Respond to general questions regarding services, memberships, and company policies
- Handle accounting and billing inquiries accurately and promptly
- Accept and process payments for services, memberships, and invoices
- Ensure proper documentation and receipts for all transactions
- Assist customers with membership renewals and updates
- Maintain accurate records of membership status
- Receive and log incoming deliveries
- Notify appropriate staff and ensure timely distribution of packages
- Help customers with invoice-related questions
- Provide copies or explanations of invoices as needed
- Answer and route phone calls to the correct department
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as required
