Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of proven success in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Inbound and outbound call volume experience
  • Comfortable with selling our services
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately
  • Commitment to company values
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide assistance to walk-in customers and direct them to appropriate departments or staff members
  • Respond to general questions regarding services, memberships, and company policies
  • Handle accounting and billing inquiries accurately and promptly
  • Accept and process payments for services, memberships, and invoices
  • Ensure proper documentation and receipts for all transactions
  • Assist customers with membership renewals and updates
  • Maintain accurate records of membership status
  • Receive and log incoming deliveries
  • Notify appropriate staff and ensure timely distribution of packages
  • Help customers with invoice-related questions
  • Provide copies or explanations of invoices as needed
  • Answer and route phone calls to the correct department
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as required
