Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in receptionist or customer service role
- Experience managing inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to sell company services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of independent judgment and decision-making
- Effective multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable and punctual
- Fluent in English

- HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide assistance to walk-in customers and direct them to appropriate departments or staff
- Respond to general questions about services, memberships, and company policies
- Handle accounting and billing inquiries accurately
- Accept and process payments for services, memberships, and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of membership status and assist with renewals
- Receive, log, and coordinate the distribution of deliveries
- Answer and route phone calls to the correct department
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as required
