- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience with email and calendar management
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers
- physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents
- punctuality and reliability to assist residents with daily activities
- proficiency in using phone systems
- willingness to work specified part-time shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- basic computer proficiency including email and calendar software
- familiarity with senior living environments preferred
- ability to multitask and handle various administrative duties
