Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to use office equipment and computer applications proficiently
  • experience in receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • empathy for elderly and families
  • ability to adhere to privacy and confidentiality policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
  • manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • receive and release information according to established policies and procedures
  • coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities
  • receive newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents
