Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in office equipment and computer applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle phone calls and inquiries professionally
- Empathy and compassionate attitude towards residents and families
- Ability to work part-time 14 hours or per diem
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
- Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and their families
Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Receive inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities
- Receive newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents
