Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Proficiency in office equipment and computer applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle phone calls and inquiries professionally
  • Empathy and compassionate attitude towards residents and families
  • Ability to work part-time 14 hours or per diem

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
  • Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and their families

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Receive inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities
  • Receive newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents
