Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, staff, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
  • serve as the first point of contact at the front desk or reception area
  • answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to team members or departments
  • schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
  • respond promptly to internal and external requests
  • support the broader administrative team with tasks and coordination
  • proactively identify and communicate minor issues or inefficiencies
  • maintain the reception area and shared office spaces
  • monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • provide basic administrative support such as data entry and filing
  • support local onboarding efforts by welcoming new staff
  • use Microsoft Office and other software tools to complete routine tasks
  • handle confidential information with discretion
  • perform other duties as assigned to support office operations
