Job Requirements

  • a high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year experience in a customer service role preferred
  • ability to work every other weekend and some evening shifts
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • excellent organizational skills
  • dependable and punctual
  • ability to handle multiple tasks effectively

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a receptionist preferred
  • customer service experience of at least one year preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • proficiency with office equipment and basic software

Job Duties

  • greet all facility guests
  • direct calls and guests to the appropriate party
  • receive, sort, and forward incoming mail
  • provide office and clerical support to the facilities team
  • ensure residents are comfortable and safe
  • manage phone and email communications
  • assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
