Job Requirements
- High school equivalent/GED required
- One year related experience as secretary/receptionist required
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Notable client service and relationship building skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
- Demonstrated ability to use PCs, Microsoft Office suite and general office equipment
- Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI)
Job Qualifications
- High school equivalent/GED
- One year related experience as secretary/receptionist
- Detail-oriented and organized with good problem solving ability
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Notable client service, communication, and relationship building skills
- Competency in using PCs, Microsoft Office suite, and general office equipment
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Answer telephone, screen and direct/relay calls
- Provide organizational information to callers as needed
- Greet persons entering organization in a friendly and helpful manner
- Provide assistance and direction to patients, customers, vendors and employees at main entrances
- Provide walking escort assistance to persons as needed
- Handle queries from the public and customers
- Perform general administrative and clerical support duties as needed
- Receive and sort deliveries as needed
- Provide age specific assistance/services to patients and families of toddlers through geriatrics as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
- Maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) confidentiality and security
