Job Requirements

  • High school equivalent/GED required
  • One year related experience as secretary/receptionist required
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Notable client service and relationship building skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
  • Demonstrated ability to use PCs, Microsoft Office suite and general office equipment
  • Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI)

Job Qualifications

  • High school equivalent/GED
  • One year related experience as secretary/receptionist
  • Detail-oriented and organized with good problem solving ability
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Notable client service, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Competency in using PCs, Microsoft Office suite, and general office equipment
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct/relay calls
  • Provide organizational information to callers as needed
  • Greet persons entering organization in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Provide assistance and direction to patients, customers, vendors and employees at main entrances
  • Provide walking escort assistance to persons as needed
  • Handle queries from the public and customers
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support duties as needed
  • Receive and sort deliveries as needed
  • Provide age specific assistance/services to patients and families of toddlers through geriatrics as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Comply with all policies and standards
  • Maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) confidentiality and security
