Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to use basic office equipment and computer systems
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • dependable and punctual
  • friendly and professional attitude

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, families, and visitors and provide a warm, caring initial experience
  • answer and route phone calls
  • take and relay messages accurately
  • assist with LOA (Leaves of Absence) documentation
  • support kiosk entries and exits
  • maintain and update binders daily
  • perform other miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned
