- Obtains telephone caller’s name and directs to appropriate personnel or receives messages
- greets and directs visitors to destination and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon
- issues visitor’s pass when required
- collects and distributes mail and packages
- performs a variety of additional clerical duties
