Job Duties
- Greet all visitors and provide a welcoming first point of contact
- Provide administrative support to facility personnel
- Support business office functions including filing and document management
- Assist with recruiting functions by providing administrative assistance
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Communicate effectively with both visitors and team members
- Manage phone calls and correspondence efficiently
