Job Qualifications

- 3+ years' work experience in similar roles
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of outside vendors, management and field personnel
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Ability to keep a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and be detailed-oriented
- Ability to make decisions and follow guidelines
- Excellent organizational, documentation and follow-up skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, requesting clarification when needed
- A positive approach and willingness to learn coupled with the ability to work in a team environment
Job Duties
- Assist visitors and staff by greeting and welcoming them appropriately with a customer centered focus and ensuring that that they are signed in with a visitor badge
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Printing and updating Rally Point roster daily
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Assist Office Supervisor with internal meeting logistics
- Answer and route emails sent to the Office Services team
- Complete and send all request
- W9, Certificate of Liability, Business Cards
- Maintain POD storage by clearing and filing documents in Docuware
- Prepare and present monthly Safety materials and meetings
- Perform other clerical duties when needed with special projects
