Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of outside vendors, management and field personnel
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to keep a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and be detailed-oriented
  • Ability to make decisions and follow guidelines
  • Excellent organizational, documentation and follow-up skills
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, requesting clarification when needed
  • A positive approach and willingness to learn coupled with the ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Assist visitors and staff by greeting and welcoming them appropriately with a customer centered focus and ensuring that that they are signed in with a visitor badge
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Printing and updating Rally Point roster daily
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
  • Assist Office Supervisor with internal meeting logistics
  • Answer and route emails sent to the Office Services team
  • Complete and send all request
  • W9, Certificate of Liability, Business Cards
  • Maintain POD storage by clearing and filing documents in Docuware
  • Prepare and present monthly Safety materials and meetings
  • Perform other clerical duties when needed with special projects
