Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work onsite in Des Moines, IA
  • Occasional short-term remote work available upon supervisor approval

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred
  • Experience within a professional office setting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong customer support skills
  • Excellent data entry abilities
  • Effective administrative support experience
  • Capable of managing front desk operations effectively

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients both on the phone and in person
  • Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate parties
  • Manage an average of 20-30 incoming calls a day
  • Use Outlook and Word daily
  • Assist with routine clerical duties such as scanning and filing
  • Occasionally assist with reporting, primarily using Excel
