Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role
- Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Demonstrates excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Has experience with multi-line phone systems and voicemail transfer
- Presents a professional demeanor and polished appearance
- Can multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Possesses strong organizational and administrative skills
- Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and general internet use
- Has familiarity with ten-key and office equipment (copiers, faxes, scanners)
Job Duties
- Answer and direct all incoming calls and voicemails with professionalism
- Accurately take messages and route calls to the appropriate department
- Maintain office supplies for all departments and ensure monthly orders are completed
- Keep office equipment (copiers, fax machines) stocked with paper and toner
- Sort and distribute all incoming mail, faxes, and packages
- Process outgoing mail, including FedEx, certified mail, and other special deliveries
- Assist with maintaining and auditing personnel and I-9 files, as directed
- Support the office team with general clerical tasks as needed
