Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three years related experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with industry product reporting systems
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to interpret and understand business documents
- Strong organizational ability
- Experience in a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Three years related experience preferably in manufacturing
- Functional knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of industry product reporting systems
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as letters, memoranda, invoices, and policies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Receives and accurately routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Maintains long distance call logs
- Takes and distributes accurate messages
- Responds to routine inquiries from internal or external sources
- Greets clients and visitors in a professional and hospitable manner
- Issues visitor passes and maintains visitor logs
- Alerts appropriate party of visitor arrival or directs visitors accordingly
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, conference calls, and other events
- Informs attendees of function dates and times
- Reserves meeting space and provides audio/visual equipment
- Assists with recruitment and interview process
- Prepares new hire orientation and on-boarding materials
- Scans documents to digital personnel files
- Assembles information and prepares reports, manuals, agendas, and correspondence
- Works with managers to prepare presentation materials
- Performs miscellaneous administrative duties and participates in projects as needed
