- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences
- Help ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
